Nicole is a psychologist with 17 years experience working with teenagers and adults in a variety of settings including private practice, within health and correctional environments. She focuses on helping people where they are at to enhance their experiences. Nicole provides evidence-based treatments of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desenstisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Also assisting clients through body based, alternative movement and sound-based interventions for people who would benefit from alternatives to talk based therapy. She supports clients experiencing a wide variety of difficulties including mental health diagnoses, relationship difficulties, substance use, suicide and self-harm risk, and complex trauma.
